Your dedicated Property Manager will complete regular scheduled visits to ensure your development is being effectively managed in line with agreed service levels.

Digital inspection reports are produced quarterly and covers all aspects of the development including, health, safety and compliance regulations, cleaning and building and grounds maintenance to ensure the development is maintained to an excellent standard.

Client Meetings

Our Property Managers will hold and assist with the preparation of General Meetings and Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings.

Contractor Management

All contractors undertake a thorough, and rigorous, Health & Safety procedure before being accepted as an ‘approved contractor’ of Brannen & Partners; ensuring that all relevant legislation is adhered to in order to protect our clients and their interests.

Financial Services

Brannen & Partners understand that sound financial planning and management is essential to the successful running of your development.

Each Property Manager has the full support of separate Accounts and Service Charge Departments to assist with the production of annual service charge budgets, as well as comprehensive ongoing financial reporting and the collection of service charge and ground rents in accordance with the Lease and current legislation.

Company Secretary Service

Brannen & Partners offer a Company Secretary service to assist with ensuring efficient administration, preventing conflicts of interest, and ensuring that agreed corporate procedures are followed.

  • Compliance services – ensuring that your leasehold company complies with all the necessary legislation and filings are up to date at Companies House.
  • Maintaining the registered office for company Directors.
  • Assisting with correspondence between Leasehold company Directors and its members.
  • File the Annual Return within the applicable timescale.
  • Provide advice on matters relating to the Companies Act.
  • Action a change of Company Officer. Issuing a share of membership certificate and maintain appropriate registers.
  • Organising Annual General Meeting/Extraordinary General Meetings with corresponding minutes.
  • Completing Leasehold Property Enquiry (LPE1) or Freehold Management Enquiry (FME1) forms.
