If you are unable to evacuate your home in the event of a fire – due to either a permanent or temporary disability, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can carry out a ‘Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan’ (PEEP) with you. If you live in a block of flats, and are unable to escape via the stairs, please let us know by contacting us on 0191 2517878.
Information about any customers with mobility problems is held in the fireproof box on the ground floor. Therefore, the Fire Service have these detailed Fire Emergency Evacuation Plans immediately as they arrive, so should evacuation be necessary they will provide you with assistance.
The information provided within this PEEP form is for the benefit of the local Fire Service in the event of an emergency. The information will be stored securely on site in accordance with GDPR and will assist with the safe evacuation of those residents who have mobility issues that may hinder their evacuation from the property in some way.
Leaseholders are to ensure that the information provided in this form is current and accurate for their property. Any changes to the circumstances of the individuals living at the property, either temporary or permanent should be provided to Brannen & Partners LLP at blocks@brannen-partners.co.uk at the earliest opportunity. Brannen & Partners will be sending out this form every 6 months requesting Leaseholders for an update.
