Mandatory Occurrence Reporting

Incidents that have caused or are likely to cause the death or serious injury to a significant number of people, as well as incidents involving structural failure or the spread of fire in the building, must be reported. 

Residents/leaseholders/owners, maintenance personnel, and any other individuals involved with the building must report any known incidents or accidents as soon as they become aware promptly to facilitate proper remediation and reporting.

Please note: This form is not for to be used for reporting general building repairs, issues etc.  These should be reported directly to your property manager via blocks@brannens-partners.co.uk
